DISTRIBUTION

A stainless steel module conveyor allows Delta Fruit inter-row carriedspreaders to perform the following types of distribution with quick and easy operations:
– Localized at the root of vineyards or orchards with rows of plants from 2,5 to 10 m
– Full field with spreading width up to 18 m
– Full field distribution with right or left border spreading reduction
– Localized in a large band at the centre of the row
– In green houses

FRAME

The sturdy, yet lightweight frame guarantees a payload of up to 2000 kg, with a total machine weight of only 280 kg.

ELECTRONIC VERSION

In these versions the required dosage is automatically adjusted according to the forward speed (Forward Speed Calibration) by means of two linear actuators.

The system enables the instantaneous variation of the applied dosage, the interruption of spreading on one side, the verification of the worked hectares directly and comfortably from the tractor’s seat.

“+W” VERSIONS: ELECTRONIC AND WEIGHING SYSTEM FOR TOP PERFORMANCES

A double frame integrates two load cells, 5000 kg each, that detect the real weight of the product in the hopper in a continuous way, reporting every fertiliser and every physical variation to a distribution curve in order to deliver the exact quantity per hectare required.
The “+W” versions with double frame and two load cells positioned in the hitching lower area of the spreader detect precise values also in presence of inclined fields up to 12% in all directions.

ISOBUS VERSION

By connecting these types of fertilizer spreaders to a ISOBUS tractor / device, a simple and intuitive Universal Terminal for a management the functions of the fertilizer spreader is displayed.

From the work page it is possbile to manage the data of the spreading, view statistics and operate with variable rate prescription maps with control of the distribution sections and the overlaps.

Eurospand fertilizer spreaders are ISOBUS certified and present on the AEF database.
